At Earthbound Nutrition with Diana, we really care about our clients' time and want to provide excellent service. We understand that sometimes things come up, and plans need to change. So, we have made a policy to make sure things go smoothly and everyone is treated with respect.
Booking and Payment: When you book an appointment, we ask you to pay the full fee upfront. This is like a promise that you're committed to coming for the session. It helps secure a special time just for you.
Changing or Cancelling: You're welcome to change or cancel your appointment, but please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. If you do, we'll either transfer your payment to the new appointment or refund it. However, if you fail to give us 24 hours' notice, your payment won't be refunded.
Not Showing Up: If you can't make it to your appointment and didn't tell us beforehand, the payment won't be refundable.
Special Situations: We get that emergencies happen. If something unexpected comes up, let us know, and we'll see how we can help on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Terms: All consultation payments are collected at the time of booking. These payments cover the consultation time only and do not include any nutritional supplements. All prices displayed on this website are in Australian dollars. Payments made through this website, including via the booking link, are processed using Halaxy. If you encounter any issues with this payment method, please email us at ebnutrition.diana@gmail.com to explore alternative options.
Refund Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the retention of 100% of your consultation fee. If you miss your appointment without notice, 100% of your consultation fee will be retained. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and in extreme cases, our clinic may waive these refund policy terms at our discretion.
Privacy and Confidentiality: We respect client privacy and confidentiality, strictly utilising personal information for clinical nutrition services and refraining from sharing it with third parties without consent, except when legally mandated.
Ethical & Code of Conduct: We adhere to the code of conduct, policies, and protocols set by the Australian Association and Register of Practicing Nutritionists (AARPN), staying within the boundaries of our expertise. We are devoted to upholding the highest levels of professionalism and ethical behaviour.
