Cancellation Policy  for Earthbound Nutrition with Diana

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another Client. Since we spend a significant amount of time preparing for each client, we appreciate your cooperation in avoiding any wasted time.

Payment is required in full at the time of booking your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or failing to attend your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the consultation fee. With at least 24 hours' notice, we will gladly offer a full refund or reschedule your appointment for a later date.
