After scheduling your initial nutrition consultation, you will be sent a Client Intake Form to complete and return at least 48 hours before your appointment. Completing this form is necessary to ensure we have all the necessary information for your visit.

Earthbound Nutrition with Diana operates exclusively online, enabling us to connect with you no matter where you are! This ensures accessibility to our services regardless of your location or mode of transportation. Closer to your appointment, you'll receive a meeting link for our private session.

If any changes occur, such as offering face-to-face consultations in addition to online consultations, updates will be announced on our website and social media platforms.

I encourage you to be patient in your healing journey because each case is unique. We work and focus on treating the underlying causes and roots and enhancing your body's ability to heal, rather than focusing on and treating the symptoms only. Therefore, the better you adhere to your treatment program, the faster the healing process and the more effective results.

Yes, I highly recommend booking a follow-up appointment so that we can assess how the treatment plan is working for you and make any necessary adjustments if needed. Additionally, you can address any questions or concerns about your health or conditions.
